A book on meditation and reflections upon meditation by David Lynch, proponent of Transcedental Meditation and all around cool person, from the sounds of it. Also has two interviews, brief, at the end, with Ringo Starr and Paul McCartney, both interesting in the context of meditation.
Worth reading if you’re into TM.
